RLM Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd was established in 2014 and is a growing firm of professional Consulting Engineers and Project Managers. The company is dedicated in providing engineering, management and specialist technical services to both public and private sector clients in South Africa and other parts of the African continent.

RLM Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd always work with the clients to find solutions to all difficult challenges, and always look for opportunities to create value for the clients, stakeholders and the communities. The Company have a substantial amount of experience in providing cost effective and high quality engineering consultancy services on a vast range of projects in both the private and public sectors.

RLM Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd as a multi-disciplinary entity can put together a project team to meet all the planning, engineering and managerial requirements from project conception through to commissioning.

Quality Policy Statement

RLM Consulting Engineers constantly attempts to maintain and raise standards in all our business areas. To develop a basis for continuous improvement, as recommended by ISO standards, RLM Consulting Engineers is committed to continual development of a full quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This will provide the company with a set of processes that reflect our common approach to the management of RLM Consulting Engineers.

Compliant to a formal quality management system will ensure consistency and improvement of working practices, which in turn should improve the services that we offer to meet customer’s requirements. RLM Consulting Engineers understands that ISO 9001:2015 is a recognised quality standard which has been adopted by the public sector as a framework for an effective quality management system.

RLM Consulting Engineers believes that central to the success of the Company is the policy of professionalism allied to planned development. The Company has introduced a formal system of quality practices contained in a series of documented procedures to ensure its aims continue to be met. These systems and procedures are designed to meet, as minimum, the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 as well as any appropriate standards agreed with clients or statutory bodies.

The aim of the procedures is to direct the staff of RLM Consulting Engineers with regard to their required duties and to provide sufficient assurance that the work undertaken by the Company will achieve acceptable standards. The contents of this Quality Policy shall therefore be communicated to all personnel during induction training and its understanding verified during internal audits.
